FOUNDING FAQ

What happens if I don't claim and a competitor does?

Your company still appears in Aviation Souk as an auto-scraped listing. But the AI’s default citation, rich descriptions, and ranking priority in your category go to the competitor who trained it. You’d be visible but outranked in every relevant query.

Can I buy Founding status later?

No. The 50 seats are filled in order of paid signup and never reopened. Once the counter hits 0, the Founding tier is closed — you can still subscribe to Verified/Featured/Dominant, but without the Founding badge, locked pricing, or permanent AI weighting bonus.

Is the +5 AI weighting bonus really permanent?

Yes. As long as your paid subscription is active, the +5 Founding bonus stays. If you let your subscription lapse, you lose the bonus; if you reinstate within 12 months, it returns. If you cancel permanently, the seat is released and can be claimed by another supplier.

What does 'train the AI' actually mean practically?

After checkout you’re invited into a structured intake: your product data, GCC deployments, differentiators, technical specs, certifications, Arabic-language descriptions of your brand story. We convert this into the AI’s structured retrieval layer. Your competitors’ unclaimed listings have thin scraped data only.

What if I'm only comfortable with Verified at $1,500?

Verified earns Founding status just like Featured and Dominant. You get the badge, locked pricing, and +5 AI weighting bonus. The tier just determines your base AI weighting (Verified +10, Featured +20, Dominant +30) and how much competitor-ad real estate is removed from your page.

Can my company claim multiple seats?

A corporate group can claim up to 3 seats across subsidiaries / brands, subject to editorial review. The goal is category diversity — we don’t want the same parent owning 20 seats across 5 adjacent categories.
