ARGOS is a self-supported mobile passenger gangway that provides safe, comfortable ship-to-shore boarding at cruise and ferry terminals that have no building or fixed elevated walkway. It uses hydraulically powered ramps and electromechanical lifting, with a sensor-equipped cabin that automatically tracks vessel movement, all run from a PLC touch-screen interface. It is designed for accessibility (reduced-mobility passengers) with non-skid flooring and handrails.
