Air Quantum (Quantum R19) is ACT's wireless charging system for lift trucks that begins charging automatically when a vehicle enters range, eliminating manual plug-ins and enabling opportunity charging without dedicated infrastructure. It uses a single integrated on-vehicle receiver that mounts in the front cavity or battery compartment, plus vision-based safety with live and foreign-object detection that disables power if the gap is obstructed. It delivers 19.2 kW at up to 400 A with a large air-gap and misalignment tolerance.
