TDx TD/PM Circle-H segment light

The TDx TD/PM Circle-H segment light is a precision inset LED fixture engineered to form the touchdown/positioning marking (TD/PM) and the surrounding Circle-H geometry required on surface-level helipads. Each segment is CNC-milled from a single billet of offshore-grade aluminum, producing a hermetically sealed housing with a glass protrusion of just 2.8 mm — low enough to withstand rotor-wash debris and ground-handling loads while maintaining the photometric output demanded by regulators. The system is deployed wherever a helipad requires fully marked TLOF/FATO geometry: hospital rooftop pads, offshore platforms, and dedicated surface-level heliports. A concentric arrangement of at least 16 discrete 100 mm-wide segments forms the complete Circle-H, with each element available in green or yellow to meet site-specific authority requirements under ICAO Annex 14 Vol II and CAP437. A bespoke quick-connect daisy-chain interface allows two lamps to be linked directly on the module without external junction boxes, cutting installation time and eliminating a common failure point. Precision-molded seals maintain the IP barrier across the daisy chain. Power draw runs approximately 6 W per segment — modest enough for battery-backed or solar-assisted circuits common on remote or offshore sites. For GCC operations the aluminum-and-glass construction tolerates the thermal cycling and UV loading of Gulf summers; the sealed design resists windblown sand and humidity typical of coastal heliport environments. The 5-year warranty and optional digital monitoring output support the predictive-maintenance requirements common in GCAA and QCAA regulated facilities.
