AirPro designs, fabricates, and installs cartridge and baghouse dust collection systems sized to the specific process generating the dust, rather than supplying off-the-shelf units. For aerospace work the central challenge is combustible metallic dust — titanium, aluminium, and carbon — produced by grinding, buffing, polishing, shot blasting, and additive manufacturing, where collector selection has to be made alongside an explosion-risk assessment. Systems are delivered as turnkey installations and integrate compatible OEM equipment from partners such as Camfil and Scientific Dust Collection where appropriate. As an engineered-system approach, capacity, filtration media, and ducting are specified per application.
