XIS-6545DVS

The XIS-6545DVS is a high-sensitivity, dual-view carry-on baggage and checkpoint X-ray system. Its defining feature is the pairing of two independent 180 kV generators — each operating at 165 kV — to produce two simultaneous, differently angled X-ray images on dual 21.5-inch full-HD monitors. Because each view is captured and displayed independently, an operator can apply separate imaging filters — 6-colour material analysis, high-penetration mode, organic/inorganic contrast — to each monitor simultaneously, cutting the time needed to resolve ambiguous objects that would otherwise require bag-opening or secondary screening.

The tunnel opening of 65.0 cm wide by 45.2 cm high targets standard carry-on luggage and cabin crew bags at airport passenger checkpoints, as well as access-control lanes at government ministries, courts, and high-security corporate campuses. Steel penetration of 41 mm typical and wire resolution down to 40 AWG provide the image quality demanded by civil aviation authorities for checkpoint certification. The 100% duty cycle — no warm-up required — supports continuous high-throughput lanes without service interruptions during peak traffic.

The system's self-diagnostic software flags performance degradation in real time, a practical benefit in 24-hour airport operations where maintenance windows are constrained. A conveyor capacity of 165 kg handles dense items including laptop bags, camera equipment, and small electronics.
