Its low centre of gravity gives high stability and the telescopic belt extends to service aircraft from the BAe 146 up to the Tupolev Tu-204. It can be ground- and cab-controlled and optionally fitted with proximity sensors that warn and stop within ~10 cm of the fuselage.
