The Avio-Pack Paper Airsickness Bag is a single-use, seat-pocket motion-sickness receptacle manufactured from kraft or offset paper with a polyethylene (PE) or PLA inner film coating. The PE or PLA layer creates a liquid-resistant barrier across the bag interior, preventing saturation and leakage through the paper wall — the primary functional requirement for this product class. The outer paper shell provides sufficient rigidity for one-handed deployment in a turbulent environment and sits flat enough to fit inside the shallow seat-pocket compartments of economy and premium cabin seat designs. The bag is available in two base constructions: a rectangular block bottom, which self-stands when placed on a surface, or a V-bottom (gusset) bottom for slimmer seat-pocket profiles. Closure options include a vertical or horizontal metal clip that folds over the bag opening after use to contain odour and prevent spillage during cabin waste collection. Printed graphics are fully customisable — most airlines use the airsickness bag surface for branded messaging, safety information, or advertising, making the specification of print process (offset or flexographic) and minimum order quantity relevant procurement considerations.
