Aviramp International
Motorised wide-body boarding bridge for remote stands, covering aircraft from the A320 up to the A380 lower deck in a single self-propelled unit.
The Aviramp International is the flagship of the Aviramp range — a fully motorised, step-free mobile boarding bridge engineered for wide-body aircraft on remote apron stands. Its working height range of 320–520 cm covers the door sill envelope from the main deck of the A320 (used as a low-end reference) through to the A380 main-deck lower entry — the tallest regular passenger door sill in commercial aviation — without any add-on extensions or vehicle modifications.
The International shares the family's core architecture: a patented switchback walkway maintaining 7.5–8 degrees slope, single-operator drive via tiller or remote control, solar or diesel power with up to 24 hours of battery autonomy, and the same galvanised steel chassis with aluminium anti-slip deck. What differentiates it is its scale — at 5,200 kg and a deployed width of 650 cm, it is dimensioned for ultra-long-haul widebody traffic where the per-flight passenger volume makes any PRM boarding delay proportionally more disruptive.
For GCC airports handling high-density wide-body schedules on remote stands — a common constraint at major Gulf hubs during peak periods when jet bridges are occupied — the International provides a compliant, inclusive boarding path without the infrastructure cost of a fixed PBB extension. Seattle-Tacoma International has publicly noted that no other product on the market delivers a motorised stairless boarding option with this ramp footprint for wide-body aircraft. IATA AHM-compliant.

Use cases.
- ›Remote-stand boarding for wide-body long-haul aircraft (A330, A350, A380, 777, 787) where fixed jet bridges are unavailable or occupied
- ›PRM and wheelchair step-free access at wide-body gates — eliminating ambulift dependence for main-deck boarding
- ›A380 operations at airports that cannot justify or fit a fixed upper-deck bridge for the main lower entry
- ›International hub airports managing peak-period gate conflicts by flexing remote-stand capacity with self-propelled ramps
- ›Regulatory compliance with EU 1107/2006 / ICAO Annex 9 PRM boarding obligations on remote stands
