Drop-in ballast transforms it from a standard 54-tonne configuration (A340, B747) up to 70 tonnes for the A380-800, with no obstruction to the operator's line of sight. It is built on an exclusive integral perimeter-frame chassis with lift-off covers around an oversized engine bay for easy maintenance.
