A pigmented, special-aggregate-filled two-component epoxy mortar with a permanently plasticised, plasticiser-free binder, used to embed and align shallow in-pavement AGL light bases in asphalt runway surfaces. After the mortar hardens the base is grouted with cds-AGL BaseGrout UW flex, and concrete areas can be reopened to traffic once >= 20 MPa compressive strength is reached.
