The CBL 2000-E is Charlatte's full-size electric belt loader, sized for narrow-body main-deck operations on B737, A320 family and E-jets. Standard configuration uses a deep-cycle traction battery (LFP lithium upgrade option for new builds), with regenerative braking and a torque-controlled belt drive. Belt speed is operator-modulated for smooth handover at the aircraft door — important for fragile cargo and for premium-cabin baggage handling at AUH and DOH where damage rates feed directly into ground-handler SLA scoring. Heat-tested ambient to 55°C; full single-shift autonomy on opportunity charge.
