MSC2 is D-Fend's command-and-control software layer that fuses EnforceAir cyber-takeover nodes with third-party detection sensors — radar, dedicated RF detectors, electro-optical and infrared cameras, and acoustic sensors — into a single tactical operations picture. Operators see the full air picture across multiple deployed EnforceAir nodes (vehicle, stationary, tactical), assign targets, escalate to cyber-takeover, and audit every engagement. Deployable on-prem at a tactical operations centre or in distributed-site configurations, with an open API for SOC integration. Designed for multi-site programmes such as airbase networks, palace estates and critical-infrastructure cordons.
