Self Bag Drop Cabinet
Passenger self-service bag drop with BRS integration.
Daifuku's Self Bag Drop (SBD) is a check-in cabinet co-developed with Japan Airlines and first deployed at Haneda T1 in 2014 before rolling out across Shin-Chitose, Fukuoka, Naha and Osaka. It weighs, scans and inducts bags onto the BHS without agent intervention, integrating with DCS and BRS for tag printing and reconciliation.
