Each is built from high-grade aluminium alloy, certified to ATLAS, KSSU, or non-standard footprints, and engineered for the specific mechanical demands of its role. Folding trolleys collapse to a fraction of their deployed volume, nesting together efficiently for galley stowage on sectors where minimal trolley carriage is required. Weight ranges from 12.2 to 17.6 kg depending on configuration; optional wine rack and dual extendable table attachments serve business-class bar service. The safety-focused folding hinge mechanism reduces pinch-point hazards during collapse and deployment. Duty-free sales carts combine a 3-point locking mechanism with transparent polycarbonate side panels for product visibility, and a stainless-steel braking system for aisle stability during transactions. At 20.9 kg full-size and 13.9 kg half-size, they carry the structural mass required for secure retail stowage across bumpy approaches. Adjustable drawer and bin designs accommodate varied retail assortments across long-haul and charter operations. Waste carts are engineered for heavy-load handling: the full-size unit with bin weighs 24.8 kg to accommodate loaded refuse volumes without structural compromise. Dual waste flaps allow simultaneous disposal from both sides of the aisle, single-sheet panels prevent the flexing that causes gap-seepage, and smoothly sliding waste bins reduce spillage risk during bin removal for cabin cleaning.
