Sliding aircraft hangar doors use a bottom-rolling design in which the door weight is carried on a bottom rail rather than the building structure above, making them suitable where headroom is limited but side clearance is available. Sections can be configured as bi-parting or uni-directional, rolling at the base and guided at the top, and suit both pre-engineered and custom-designed hangar structures. Insulated panels and an advanced weather-sealing system support interior climate control and energy efficiency.
