AirMate is IDEMIA's mid-walk biometric e-gate that pairs face capture with a passport or airline token match for immigration clearance and seamless boarding. Throughput up to 25 passengers per minute per lane, with a fall-back to a second-line officer booth. AirMate is integrated with national border platforms in the UAE and is in live operation at Terminal 3 Dubai and Abu Dhabi as part of smart-gate programmes.
