The 3400 PCA is a towable diesel-powered pre-conditioned air cart delivering up to 120 tonnes of cooling to parked aircraft. Hot-climate variant is certified for continuous 55 °C ambient operation — the Gulf baseline. Serves as the remote-stand alternative where fixed PCA is not installed.
