Aluflite ATLAS Containers
Aluminium galley containers engineered for ATLAS-standard galleys across both lightweight and super-lightweight weight classes.
Aluflite ATLAS containers are aluminium galley insert containers manufactured by Korita Aviation to fit ATLAS-format aircraft galleys — the standard configuration found on a wide range of narrow- and wide-body jets operated by carriers worldwide. The range spans four product tiers: a Lightweight ATLAS Standard (2.8 kg empty), a Super Lightweight ATLAS Standard (2.3 kg empty), an ATLAS Ice Container (5.2 kg loaded with drawers) for onboard chilling, and an ATLAS Sales Container configured for duty-free and retail storage.
The Standard and Super Lightweight variants share a common feature set — push-to-close locking system, recessed top handle, and interlocking panel construction for structural rigidity — but the Super Lightweight adds a silicone-sealed door and achieves a 500 g reduction over the Lightweight variant through engineering refinement rather than structural compromise. For buyers at high-cycle carriers, that weight saving compounds meaningfully across a large container fleet and translates directly to lower fuel burn per flight.
The Ice Container addresses active chilling requirements using insulated construction and up to two internal drawers compatible with rotatable ice packs, making it the procurement choice for services where perishable or chilled items must be held for extended sector lengths. The Sales Container features a reinforced door, two-point door latch, and padlock and custom seal provision — the standard security specification for airside duty-free inventory.
All variants offer optional powder-coated or sublimated door finishes and embossed logo, enabling airline livery branding. GCC carriers operating mixed long-haul fleets on ATLAS-galley aircraft — including wide-body routes ex-Dubai, Doha, and Abu Dhabi — are the natural procurement audience. Korita Aviation is an OEM-approved supplier and manufactures from its Suzhou, China facility.
