Aluflite oven racks are galley insert items that hold oven trays inside the aircraft's cabin galley oven during heating cycles and service. Korita Aviation produces three variants that cover the two dominant galley standards: the ATLAS Standard Oven Rack (2.0 kg empty, 8 trays), the ATLAS Extended Oven Rack (2.5 kg empty, 8 trays), and the KSSU Oven Rack (1.85 kg empty, 7 trays).

All three share a recessed top handle for clean galley stowage and optional embossed branding. The distinguishing feature across the range is Korita's proprietary safety stopper system — a mechanism designed to prevent oven trays from sliding out of their slots when the rack is tilted during service. This matters operationally: cabin crew handle loaded racks in confined galley spaces, often under turbulence or during the physical movement of the rack into or out of the oven. A tray that shifts during extraction creates a burn and contamination risk; the stopper system addresses this directly.

The ATLAS Standard and ATLAS Extended racks serve different oven cavity depths — ATLAS Extended accommodates deeper tray formats used on some wide-body configurations. The KSSU variant is sized for KSSU-format galleys, which are a narrower pitch commonly found on Airbus and some Boeing aircraft. The KSSU rack's lighter weight (1.85 kg) reflects the smaller form factor.

Oven trays are included with each rack but can also be purchased as a separate line item — relevant for airlines running a refurbishment cycle on existing racks while replacing worn trays. For GCC carriers operating mixed fleet configurations with both ATLAS and KSSU galley standards, having a single qualified supplier covering all three formats simplifies procurement and supplier qualification.
