FAAD C2 with M-ACE
US Army's preferred C-UAS C2 — theatre-scale integration.
Forward Area Air Defense C2 (FAAD C2) is the US Army's standard counter-UAS C2 and the integrating layer for the Mobile-Acquisition C-UAS Ecosystem (M-ACE). It integrates Northrop's own MHR multi-function radar plus third-party RF, EO/IR and effectors. Because FAAD C2 is ITAR-controlled and central to the US Army C-UAS architecture, GCC sales route through FMS — approved cases exist for KSA and UAE from 2023 onward. Airport-deployable variants suppress kinetic options and expose only soft-kill and detection to remain ICAO Annex 17 compatible.
