SITA Smart Path

Single-token biometric passenger flow.

Smart Path enrols passengers at kiosk or mobile and uses facial biometrics at security, bag drop and boarding in a single token journey. The platform integrates with IDEMIA, NEC and Idemia Augentic matchers, typically clearing a boarding gate in 6–8 seconds per pax. Deployed at DOH (Qatar Airways) and DXB.
