MicroPoint II is Southwest Microwave's fence-mounted intrusion detection cable with sub-metre localisation along the fence. Each controller covers up to 400 m of fence and supports software-adjustable sensitivity per 1.1 m cell, enabling precise cuts between protected zones and gates. Its signature cut-detection filter rejects false alarms from wind, rain and wildlife — heavily vetted at desert and coastal airports.
