The Apron Drive (AD) is a self-propelled passenger boarding bridge that moves freely on three axes (telescopic, elevation and rotation), giving maximum docking flexibility while taking up minimal apron space. It is offered in two- and three-tunnel configurations with steel, glazed-glass or combined steel-and-glass walls, and is tailored for the full aircraft category range including A380 stands. TK Elevator states more than 350 A380-capable Apron Drive stands have been installed globally.
