COOL-35 / COOL-50 Electric Pre-Conditioned Air Cart (ePCA)
Electric mobile pre-conditioned air cart — 35 / 50 ton cooling capacity for narrow- and wide-body cabin pre-condition without diesel.
The COOL-35 (35-ton) and COOL-50 (50-ton) are TLD's electric mobile PCA carts — the single-aisle and twin-aisle solutions for cabin pre-conditioning at remote stands without 400 Hz pit infrastructure. Powered from grid AC (or battery in COOL-50-E configuration), they deliver conditioned cabin air directly to the aircraft yellow hose during turnaround. Crucially for the Gulf, both COOL-35 and COOL-50 are tuned for 50°C+ ambient cooling demand — lab-tested to maintain spec at 55°C ambient. Zero direct emissions and quiet enough for shoulder-night operations near terminal hotels.
