NBL-E Electric Belt Loader (eTBL)

Lithium-ion belt loader — full single-shift on one charge, 55°C heat-tested for Gulf apron operations.

The NBL-E is TLD's electric belt loader for narrow-body baggage and cargo handling. Replaces diesel NBL units one-for-one on existing apron stands. Lithium-ion battery delivers a full single shift of operation under typical narrow-body turnaround load — TLD publishes 7-9 hours autonomy depending on duty cycle. The belt drive is torque-controlled for smooth handover at the aircraft door, and the operator stand is enclosed for sun and heat protection. The unit's low noise signature (no diesel idling) is a meaningful improvement at terminal-adjacent stands and in shoulder-night operations at AUH and DOH.
