Aviation Concepts Technical Services, Incorporated (ACTSI) is a business-aviation MRO based at Subic Bay International Airport in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines. Established in 2010 and acquired by Razon & Co. in 2018, the company focuses on maintenance, repair, overhaul and aircraft parking for corporate jets across the Asia-Pacific region. Its facility occupies an 18,000 m2 site at Subic Bay International Airport and includes a hangar that can accommodate up to eight ultra-long-range aircraft for indoor parking, with a Phase 2 development planned to add about 7,000 m2 of additional aircraft parking space in Q2 2026. ACTSI's published airframe ratings cover Gulfstream G500, G550, G600, G650/G650ER, G700, GV, GIV-X (G350/G450) and G280 aircraft, together with Textron Aviation King Air B200/B300, with inspection capability up to and including 20A/20C, 8A/8C/144-month and 16C/192-month checks. Component-level work includes NiCad and lead-acid battery servicing (Saft batteries), in-house NDT using eddy-current and ultrasonic methods, limited radio and instrument work including FAR 91.411 and FAR 91.413 air-data certification, tire replacement, and structural and sheet-metal support.
