Be-Ge Seating

Be-Ge Seating Division is part of the family-owned Be-Ge Group, a Swedish industrial group headquartered in Oskarshamn, Sweden, with operations in Sweden, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Germany. The wider group (founded by Bror Göthe Persson in 1934) comprises three divisions: Be-Ge Seating Division, Be-Ge Component Division and Be-Ge Vehicle Division. The Seating Division develops, manufactures, markets and sells fixed and suspended driver seats, passenger seats, office and 24-hour surveillance chairs, sound absorbers and related accessories. Operating legal entities include Be-Ge Seating AB (SE), Be-Ge Seating A/S (DK), Be-Ge Seating UK Ltd, Be-Ge Seating B.V. (NL), Be-Ge Seating GmbH (DE) and Be-Ge Frapett AB (SE). Be-Ge introduced its first individually adjustable driver seat in 1949 and markets products under the brands BE-GE, JANY, FRAPETT, SAVAS and Sverigestolen. The company's stated end-markets are commercial trucks, buses, railway/rolling stock, forklifts, light commercial vehicles, construction, forestry, military and maritime.
