Blackhawk Aerospace is an aircraft performance improvement specialist founded in 1999 and headquartered in Waco, Texas. The company develops engine upgrade STCs for turboprop aircraft including the XP66D for TBM 700, XP67A for King Air 350/350ER, XP140 for the Caravan, and XP135A for King Air 90/Cheyenne/Conquest. Blackhawk also offers avionics upgrades (Garmin, Collins Aerospace), aircraft maintenance, PMA parts, and aircraft sales and brokerage services. EASA validation for the XP66D was submitted in April 2026. In April 2026 MCA Aviation was announced as a European Performance Center partner. The company was acquired by Ducommun Incorporated in May 2023.
