Carrier designs and manufactures centrifugal, screw and scroll chillers, air-handling units, VRF systems and controls for the world's largest aviation projects. Willis Carrier invented modern air conditioning in 1902 and the company has equipped Middle East airports since the 1970s. Flagship aviation products include the AquaEdge 19DV magnetic-bearing centrifugal chiller, 23XRV integrated variable-speed screw chiller, and 39M AHUs. Carrier equipment runs behind many Gulf terminals and hangars where 50°C ambient design and sand-laden air are standard.
