Empower is the world's largest district cooling provider by connected load, with over 1.85 million RT of installed capacity across Dubai. Dubai airport neighbourhoods (including DSO, Dubai South and Business Bay customers) often connect via Empower's network. The company supplies the chilled-water service into customer ETS at agreed supply/return deltas (typically 4.5°C / 13.5°C). For airports that choose district cooling, Empower replaces the need for any central chiller plant — the terminal operator simply installs plate heat exchangers, BTU meters and control valves at the interface.
