Gilardoni is an Italian family-owned X-ray specialist founded in 1947, best known for dual-view FEP ME series cabin scanners and larger hold-baggage systems. Several FEP ME variants hold ECAC EDS CB Type C approval for hold baggage screening. Gilardoni also builds medical radiology and industrial NDT equipment and operates direct and partner channels across the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Middle East. The company has a long installed base at Italian regional airports and is periodically selected for lower-throughput Gulf applications such as staff and VIP lanes.
