Heerim is one of South Korea's largest architectural firms and is the design architect of the new Bahrain International Airport Passenger Terminal Building, opened in January 2021 for an initial 14 mppa capacity on a 210,000 sqm footprint. The project features a dhow-inspired roof and was delivered in joint venture with local and international engineers. Heerim also designed Incheon Terminal 1 in Seoul and has worked on multiple Gulf residential and mixed-use commissions, making it a credible bidder for mid-sized GCC terminals.
