PalNet's certified standard pallets are non-welded aluminium ULD base pallets built from a high-resistance aluminium plate (alloy 7075-T6 or 7021-T6) and four edge rails (alloy 7020-T6) with a continuous MS 33601 A seat track forming a frame around the plate.

PalNet's standard AKE container is built in a panel design where each assembly is pre-made and only has to be riveted together to complete the container, cutting build time so trained personnel can assemble it in a maximum of 30 minutes.

PalNet pallet wings are supporting items that carry cargo beyond the pallet itself.

The PalNet KiteLight LD3/AKE container is a non-welded unit with composite panels and an aluminium frame (aluminium panels optionally available).

PalNet's non-certified pallets share the same construction as the certified range — a high-resistance aluminium plate (alloy 7075-T6 or 7021-T6) with four 7020-T6 edge rails and a continuous MS 33601 A seat track, joined by forged corners and stainless-steel rivets — but are manufactured without EASA approval.

PalNet's heavy-duty pallets provide very high load-bearing capacity at comparatively light weight.
