Raytheon (RTX)
What public sources say.
Raytheon's Ku-band Radio Frequency Sensor (Ku-RFS) is the primary radar behind the US Army's Low-slow-small Unmanned Aircraft Integrated Defeat System (LIDS). Paired with the Coyote Block 2 and Block 3 interceptors, it has downed hundreds of Shahed-class drones in Iraq and the Red Sea. The Ku-RFS alone — without kinetic effectors — is airport-deployable and has been sold in soft-kill-only configurations to allied civilian programmes. All Raytheon C-UAS products are ITAR-controlled; GCC sales route through the US Foreign Military Sales process.
