Safeaero's distinctive single-operator de-icer (driver alone handles truck + boom from cab) is the main technology competing with Vestergaard. Models 220 and 225 are widely deployed at Nordic and Canadian hubs. GCC uptake is lower but growing for bases with rare but severe icing (Ha'il in northern Saudi, some winters in Kuwait). Lower capex than Vestergaard Elephant, lower throughput, better for smaller fleets.
