Sanad Aerotech is Mubadala's engine-MRO flagship, operating one of the region's only full-capability engine shop visit facilities. The shop is type-rated on the IAE V2500, GE GE90, GEnx and Rolls-Royce Trent 700 / Trent XWB / Trent 1000, and is building up capability on the PW1100G-JM (A320neo). Beyond engines, Sanad operates a dedicated component-MRO arm handling landing gear sub-assemblies, nacelles and thrust reversers, and a parts-trading desk. In 2022 the business merged Mubadala's aerospace manufacturing and services portfolios (Sanad Powertech + Strata) under a single Sanad brand, giving it backward integration into composite nacelle production for Airbus.

صناد إيروتك هو ذراع مبادلة الرئيسي لصيانة المحركات، ويُشغّل إحدى الورش الإقليمية القليلة ذات القدرة الكاملة على زيارات المحركات. الورشة مُصنّفة على IAE V2500 و GE GE90 و GEnx و Rolls-Royce Trent 700 و Trent XWB و Trent 1000، وتُطوّر القدرة على PW1100G-JM (لطائرات A320neo). إلى جانب المحركات، تُشغّل صناد ذراعًا مستقلًّا لصيانة المكوّنات يعالج مجموعات عربات الهبوط والجيوب والعاكسات، فضلًا عن مكتب تداول قطع غيار. وفي 2022 دمجت الشركة محفظتَي التصنيع والخدمات (صناد باوَرتك + ستراتا) تحت علامة صناد واحدة.
