The company provides nose-to-tail aircraft maintenance, engine services, line maintenance, interior completions, component repair and overhaul, materials distribution, and aviation workforce staffing solutions to the global commercial aviation industry. STS holds FAA Part 145 repair station certification (acquired 2007) and operates facilities in Florida, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the UAE. In 2022 the company expanded operations into the United Arab Emirates. In 2024 STS acquired UK-based GT Engine Services and received an equity investment from H.I.G. Capital.
