Engine MRO & Shop Visits

Engine MRO is the highest-value, most capital-intensive segment: full shop visits, performance restoration, module and hot-section repair, QEC build-up and on-wing support across the CFM56, LEAP, V2500, GEnx, GE90, GE9X, Trent and PW1000G/PW4000 families. It is dominated by engine OEMs running authorised shop networks under long-term agreements (TotalCare, OnPoint, EngineWise) and a small number of independent and carrier-owned shops with type-rated test cells. Spare-engine leasing and engine pooling round out the cluster. Buyers are airline procurement and fleet-management teams negotiating shop-visit slots and power-by-the-hour engine contracts.
