The fixed structural fit-out of the cabin: galley monuments and inserts, lavatories, overhead stowage bins, class dividers, closets, sidewall and ceiling panels, and metal wall systems. Collins Aerospace is the largest supplier of galleys, lavatories and bins; interior architecture specialists such as INTOS and ceiling/wall-system makers like Armstrong supply the surrounding cabin shell. All monuments are certified to FAR 25.853 flammability and integrated to the airframe's hardpoints and systems. Demand is driven by line-fit at delivery and by space-optimisation retrofits — slimmer lavatories and higher-capacity bins that let carriers add seats without a new airframe.
