Vertical Transportation — Lifts, Escalators & Travelators

The vertical and horizontal people-conveyance fabric of a terminal: heavy-duty passenger and panoramic lifts, public-service escalators, and long-run moving walkways (travelators) that move passengers between levels, piers and gate hold-rooms. These are engineered-to-order systems specified at terminal-design stage and procured as multi-unit packages, judged on continuous-duty cycle reliability, throughput capacity, accessibility compliance and long-term maintenance and spares support. Distinct from passenger boarding bridges and apron equipment, this is the inside-the-terminal transit layer supplied by the global elevator and escalator OEMs and their dedicated airport-solutions divisions.
