The VPF-730 delivers accurate visibility (MOR) and present-weather measurement in a compact, robust package using a 45-degree forward-scatter principle. It reports MOR, EXCO and TEXCO outputs plus WMO Table 4680 present-weather codes with precipitation intensity and accumulation. It is used for RVR, aviation METAR data and offshore aviation.
