Low-GWP R-1234ze centrifugal chiller for airport central plants.

The AquaEdge 19DV is Carrier's flagship water-cooled centrifugal chiller using R-1234ze(E), a low-GWP HFO refrigerant (GWP < 1). Oil-free magnetic bearings give vibration levels similar to variable-frequency screw plant while delivering centrifugal-scale capacity. The 19DV suits multi-chiller banks feeding airport terminals via a Tabreed- or Empower-style chilled-water loop, or as the heart of an in-house central plant with TES.
