It uses LTO lithium-titanate batteries with selectable capacity, charged on stationary fast chargers in one to two hours, and a Siemens "ELFA" modular electric powertrain for zero-emission operation. It is built on a Mercedes-Benz chassis with an aluminium body for a minimum 25-year lifetime.
