Titan ARFF 4x4

The Titan ARFF 4x4 is E-ONE's primary single-axle aircraft rescue and firefighting vehicle, engineered to meet and exceed NFPA 414 standards across the full test matrix — including 0–50 mph (80 km/h) acceleration in under 25 seconds, NATO lane-change stability, J-turn, and cab forward-visibility at 12 feet. Power comes from the Scania DC16 Tier 4F / EU Stage 4 engine producing 500 kW (670 HP), coupled to a Twin Disc transmission and power divider that simultaneously drives the rear axle and a single-stage centrifugal pump rated to in excess of 7,570 LPM (2,000 GPM). A 6,000-litre (1,585-gallon) polypropylene water tank and 852-litre (225-gallon) foam cell feed an automatic Fire Research AutoFoam ATP proportioning system, with the patented ECOLOGIC integrated calibration system allowing crews to verify foam solution percentage without discharging agent — a compliance-critical workflow for airport operators under ICAO Annex 14 requirements. The extruded-aluminium roll cage cab meets SAE 2420/2422 and ECE-R29 structural standards and seats four. More than 7.5 square metres of glazing — including overhead panels — maximises ground and aircraft-belly visibility on the ramp. Stainless steel plumbing and an enclosed pump module reduce corrosion risk in coastal and high-humidity ramp environments typical of GCC and island hub airports. The 4x4 format suits Category 7–9 airports where the 6x6 footprint is unnecessary or where apron geometry constrains vehicle size.
