Titan ARFF 6x6
A 770 HP six-wheel-drive heavy ARFF vehicle carrying 12,000 litres of water and a 3,000 GPM pump, scaled for ICAO Category 9–10 widebody and A380-capable hub airports.
The Titan ARFF 6x6 is E-ONE's largest crash tender, configured for the highest ICAO airport categories where incident scale, agent volume requirements, and response-area geometry demand maximum capacity in a single vehicle. The Scania DC16 Tier 4F / EU Stage 4 engine produces 574 kW (770 HP) driving all six wheels through a Twin Disc transmission, transfer case, and power divider — providing traction on wet, foam-covered, or loose-surface runways that a 4x4 may not manage under full load. A Hale single-stage centrifugal pump rated to 11,355 LPM (3,000 GPM) draws from a 12,000-litre (3,170-gallon) polypropylene water tank paired with a 1,680-litre (445-gallon) integral Class B foam cell. The Fire Research AutoFoam ATP proportioning system and ECOLOGIC calibration ensure agent concentration is verifiable at any time without discharge — essential for airports operating under CAA or GCAA audit regimes. Eight side compartments provide 9.0 m³ (320 cubic feet) of equipment storage. Optional configurations include a 65-foot High-Reach Extendable Turret (HRET) for underbelly and engine-nacelle access on double-deck aircraft, dry chemical systems up to 550 lb, FLIR and DEVS camera packages, and winterisation for operations down to -40°F. The overall length of approximately 38 feet 4 inches and a GVWR of 78,000 lb suit dedicated crash-station positioning at large international airports. For GCC hubs handling A380 and B777X traffic — DXB, AUH, DOH, RUH — the 6x6 format aligns with ICAO Annex 14 agent quantity mandates at Category 9–10.

Use cases.
- ›Primary ARFF response at ICAO Category 9–10 hub airports handling widebody and A380-class aircraft
- ›High-volume foam application for large fuel-spill or post-crash scenarios on extended runways
- ›Dual-role deployment: initial rapid attack plus sustained agent supply from single vehicle
- ›Engine-nacelle and belly access on double-deck aircraft via optional 65-foot HRET
- ›Fleet anchor vehicle at international gateway airports where ICAO Annex 14 agent minimums require heavy-category coverage
