ACE/DEVTEC Aircraft Lavatory Service Truck
A refurbished diesel lavatory service truck with 500-gallon waste and 300-gallon rinse capacity, ready for wide-body aircraft turnaround operations.
The ACE/DEVTEC 1410-5030 is a purpose-built aircraft lavatory service truck offered by Global GSE as a refurbished, operationally ready unit. It carries two dedicated tanks — a 500-gallon waste tank for extracting sewage from aircraft lavatory systems and a 300-gallon blue rinse (potable blue fluid) tank for replenishing aircraft lavatory rinse reservoirs in a single service visit. Waste is evacuated via a vacuum-assisted pump system and directed to the onboard holding tank; the rinse circuit operates independently, allowing both functions to be completed simultaneously at the aircraft service port.
The 1410-5030 is diesel-powered and truck-mounted, giving it the range and payload capacity to serve multiple aircraft per shift without returning to a depot fill point. It is classified as wide-body capable, making it suitable for servicing narrow-body fleets (A320, B737) through to long-haul wide-body types (B747, B777, A330, A380) without a change of equipment.
Global GSE inspects, tests, and cosmetically refurbishes each unit — including fresh paint — before shipment, so buyers receive a vehicle in known operating condition rather than as-found surplus. This model is well-suited to airline stations, MRO facilities, FBOs, and ground-handling contractors that require dependable lavatory servicing capacity at a significantly lower capital outlay than a new unit. In GCC operations, where high-frequency wide-body rotations (long-haul hubbing at DXB, DOH, AUH) demand robust ramp servicing fleets, a reliable 500-gallon waste capacity unit reduces the risk of missed service cycles during congested bank periods.
