LC098 Aluminium-Frame Airport Lounge Beam Seat

The LC098 is HEWEI's lounge-grade airport beam seat, designed for higher-dwell zones where the visual and tactile quality of the seating reflects directly on the terminal's positioning. The frame is constructed from heavy die-cast aluminium alloy — both legs and beam — processed through a large investment casting mould and finished with direct polishing plus electrostatic powder spray. The result is a chassis that reads as premium from a distance and resists the surface degradation that painted steel frames exhibit under prolonged cleaning regimes. Seat and back are integrated moulded high-density PU foam over an internal steel skeleton — the same construction as the mid-range line but with more considered ergonomic shaping and a higher-grade surface finish. The armrests are aluminium alloy wrapped in PU, preventing cold-touch without introducing the visual bulk of plastic covers. The LC098 is priced and positioned above the LC138 and below dedicated lounge furniture, making it the correct specification for premium gate lounges, premium economy and business check-in areas, and landside arrivals halls where an airport is investing in passenger experience without commissioning bespoke lounge seating.
