The frame is constructed from high-grade aluminium with stainless steel hardware, a material pairing that keeps corrosion maintenance low in high-humidity coastal hub environments — a relevant consideration in the Gulf. Maximum load capacity is 250 kg on the standard single-front-castor configuration; specifying the dual-front-castor option increases this to 300 kg, useful at airports handling oversized or heavy-baggage itineraries. The 260 mm nesting distance allows retrieval trains to remain compact even at scale, reducing the floor space consumed by parked nests in concourse and kerbside positions.
