UFL's Aluminium Airport Trolley is a passenger baggage handling unit designed for terminal-scale fleet operations, covering landside arrivals, departures, and inter-terminal connectors where trolleys sustain continuous loading, stacking, and retrieval across a full operating day. The frame is constructed from high-grade aluminium with stainless steel hardware, a material pairing that keeps corrosion maintenance low in high-humidity coastal hub environments — a relevant consideration in the Gulf. Maximum load capacity is 250 kg on the standard single-front-castor configuration; specifying the dual-front-castor option increases this to 300 kg, useful at airports handling oversized or heavy-baggage itineraries. The 260 mm nesting distance allows retrieval trains to remain compact even at scale, reducing the floor space consumed by parked nests in concourse and kerbside positions. Wheel options span four-wheel and three-wheel base configurations, with non-marking variants available for terminals with polished or sensitive flooring. Both braking and non-braking versions are offered, with the braking variant suitable for slopes, ramps, and external kerbside zones. Front bumper protection is standard, limiting trolley-to-structure contact damage during high-volume retrieval. Optional advertising panels and custom branding allow airports to generate sponsorship revenue or integrate trolleys into a wider wayfinding and brand system.
