The automated cycle runs an 11-step program (foam, under-flushing, nose/fuselage/wings/empennage cleaning, run-off recovery and compressed-air dry) pre-programmed per aircraft model, taking about 20 minutes. Flying clean aircraft reduces drag and fuel consumption and the gentler process reduces paint wear versus traditional washing.
